What is access service for construction sites?
As of October 1, 2023, a new law is in effect that obliges general construction contractors to regularly provide the tax office with data on the time spent by persons on the construction site. We have developed an access service platform that fulfills all national requirements and promotes the organization of the object's work and ensuring safety.
The G4S access service works on a cloud-based platform, which allows the general contractor to manage data on persons staying and working on the construction site, as well as to automatically transmit the data required by law to the Tax and Customs Board.
The access service for construction sites includes the necessary equipment, software and support service for registering the entry and exit of persons entering the site.
Device
The access service equipment installed on construction sites is a user-friendly solution. When entering or exiting the site, people swipe their work cards against the device's card reader. The operation is immediately registered in the Smart Key system and forwarded to TTKI.
The access service is also suitable for construction sites that require additional security measures, such as turnstiles, car and pedestrian gates. We can offer a complete solution adapted to your needs.
Which construction objects must be registered?
From 1 October 2023, larger constructions, subcontracting chains and employees allowed at constructions must be registered in the System for Registration of Subcontracting Chain and Working Time at the e-services environment of the Tax and Customs Board.
The construction site and the people working there must be registered at all companies, if
- work on the object lasts more than 30 working days and at least 20 people are working at the same time or the total volume of the object is more than 500 man-days;
- construction of the object started after October 1, 2023, or the object is under construction with an estimated completion date later than October 1, 2024.
