Did you know that the main factor contributing to theft is the behaviour of service attendants Are your employees aware of what most affects the probability of theft in the company?

G4S Estonia organizes training for service staff and managers of retail units. The aim of our training is to influence the reduction of theft not only by technical means, but by changing the attitudes and behaviour of service attendants. Our training focuses on raising the awareness of service attendants – how they can influence present and future events with conscious behaviour.

Learning outcomes: those who have completed the training know how the environment of the institution and the behaviour of employees affect the behaviour of customers and how to act in the event of a possible suspicion of theft.

Content of the training:

  • we will talk about shoplifting, people and factors contributing to theft,
  • we will analyze the role of service attendants in preventing theft,
  • we will talk about the behaviour of service attendants when theft is detected and in case of suspicion of theft,
  • we will introduce the legal bases for protecting property and own interests,
  • we will talk about calling for help,
  • we will explain the actions after a theft and how it will affect future events,
  • we will watch real-life videos,
  • we will do practical exercises.
