When processing personal data, we proceed from the following principles:

• personal data is processed legally, fairly and transparently towards the data subject;
• personal data is collected only for a specific and determined purpose;
• personal data are correct and up-to-date;
• personal data is stored in a form that enables identification of the data subject only as long as it is necessary for the purpose of personal data processing;
• personal data is processed in a way that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by implementing the necessary technical or organizational measures and acting on the basis of the rights of data subjects arising from the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.

We process personal data confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations. Personal data becomes known to us in connection with the provision of services and the sale of products and the use of our e-services.

Our services and e-services can be used as a contractual customer, as a service user under a contract signed by someone else, or simply by visiting the e-services (without being a contractual customer).

We inform about changes in the "Principles of G4S personal data processing" via the website, by e-mail or in another reasonable way.
