The Minister of Defense recognized G4S with the special award
The Minister of Defense recognized G4S with a special award at an event held in Lillepaviljon on June 18th. The event honored 351 Estonian companies and organizations for their significant contributions to national defense. G4S was among the three companies to receive special recognition.
G4S has always been committed to the safety and security of Estonia, and that commitment extends beyond our everyday work. As a security company, supporting reservists is especially important to us.
Last year, we retained the salaries of 70 reservists during military exercises. This step reflects our commitment to supporting national defense not only in words but also in actions. We also fully support the activities of reserve officers and actively promote participation in military exercises among our employees.
As an employer, we can contribute significantly by supporting our employees who are ready to contribute to the country's defense. One way we do this is by offering flexible work schedules. This allows our employees to adjust their schedules and participate in military exercises without significant disruption to their workload. This ensures they can fulfill their national defense duties without concerns about how it will affect their work.
Our goal remains to continue supporting reserve officers in order to contribute to strengthening Estonian security.
